Sims2Living is a web-based portal and access to this portal is on a subscription basis. Our plan is to devote a full-time effort to the site. Our subscription cost is very low, and is necessary to cover bandwidth and administrative costs.

As part of our long-term plan, Sims2Living gives you access to files for use with TheSims2 computer game. All files are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The game creators are in no way affiliated with Sims2Living.

All files available from Sims2Living.com, past and present, MAY NOT BE REDISTRIBUTED under any circumstances or by any method without the express written consent of the management of Sims2Living.

A subscription is valid for one household only.

If a violation of these terms is encountered, your access to Sims2Living will be withheld. If another website posts our content without prior permission, in doing so that website will be waving the redistribution rights of their own content.
